avadWorked more in the studio today...still painting in the details of the 'water' bottom. I'm so impatient to see the resin over it...but it's got a ways to go. Made a stir-fry for dinner and we watched 'Chelsea Walls' while chompin. Some pretty good acting, I'll have to say. Believable. And the old blues/jazz singer- ga- aMAzing.
Late-night I'm trying to rework by artist's statement- ugh- I'm never satisfied. Anyhoo,this is currently my favorite piece, called From Above. Can't wait to make larger ones...with the monofilament connecting the islands all over...
