Rented and watched the Japanese film 'Afterlife'. OH so amazing and beautifully done. You must. You simply Must. Made it to my top five movies.

When I was a little kid, my mom told me not to stare into the sun. So once when I was six, I did. At first the brightness was overwhelming, but I had seen that before; I kept looking, forcing myself not to blink. And then the brightness began to disolve, my pupils shrank to pinholes and everything came into focus. And for a moment I understood.

You rock. Those are the koolest movies ever! I've never heard of Wings of Desire, though it being on your top five just pushed it into a priority rental category. Same is true of Afterlife. Thanks for the heads up :)
