Rented and watched the Japanese film 'Afterlife'. OH so amazing and beautifully done. You must. You simply Must. Made it to my top five movies.

did you rent it from hollywood video? They actually have a good selection of international films.

My aunt keeps tell me to see SHOWER this chinese film about bathhouses.

nope. rented it from a little video store out here called Windmill Video. haven't seen Shower...hmm- will look for it next time!

When I was a little kid, my mom told me not to stare into the sun. So once when I was six, I did. At first the brightness was overwhelming, but I had seen that before; I kept looking, forcing myself not to blink. And then the brightness began to disolve, my pupils shrank to pinholes and everything came into focus. And for a moment I understood.

You rock. Those are the koolest movies ever! I've never heard of Wings of Desire, though it being on your top five just pushed it into a priority rental category. Same is true of Afterlife. Thanks for the heads up :)

hey, i want to take digital pictures of my little spray paint/marker artworks.. i was thinking of getting a digital camera, is there any that are recommended? you happen to know how many megaPixels is a good/adequate amount?

Tonight, I made a long search about Near Death Experiences (NDE)stories after having rewatched "Brainstorm". Then, I searched Livejournal for communities (there is one called "lifeafterdeath") and my last stop on the Web before going to bed with by book was to look in your journal what was the last news about you. I had a kind of shock when I saw the topic of your post. I think I already saw this movie... but I will look to see it/again.
