I was listening to a satirical program at that point -- I was, therefore, being weird.

How are you?

it seems every 5 years that stuff gets in the news, i recall an old popular science from the late 80's early 90's lauding the stuff as a new insulation, and all kinds of other stuff, but apparently it breaks down too fast or somthing. The article mentioned it came about in the 20's... seems odd we're just now getting around to using it.

Good luck procuring it!! i want to hear of any results!

Looking at your vis. art, I am curious as to what you will do or have done in Second Life.

Have you worked with 3D modeling software such as Maya or 3D Studio Max?

no, I never have. My computer skills are actually quite beginner/basic, and I haven't even begun to play around with the tools given in SL.:( I would love to work with someone who already has those skills though. To see what would be able to translate and how.

Well, if'n I knew ya and was livin by ya, I could teach ya ... but I ain't so I cain't.

It would be an interesting direction for you to go into, as your art would lend itself readily to those tools. The symmetry and repetition of similar shapes would make your work very easy when using digital tools. Create, cut, paste, modify ...

But, process might be more important than efficiency and ease....
