Bigger News;)

Sorry it's been so long- I'm in Florida now, visiting la familia for the holidays and I've just finally escaped to the library to grab a quick internet fix and e-mail check. SO much to tell...but here's the biggest news:
there we were, visiting B's family before Xmas...and he disappears for a bit and reemerges in a ....hula skirt...and while I'm laughing and reaching for the camera because he is a nut...he...proposed.
(!!!)
and after stuttering and laughing and crying and being attacked with family hugs and the works... surreal as it is...we're engaged! I'm very happy. I love this guy with all my heart and really I knew it would happen...just not when..

The hula skirt? Well, not so easy to explain in front of family...I used to constantly tease him that the only thing that could make things a bit better isif he wore a bit less around the house... the ideal being..say, a hula skirt...and he would spend all his free time sanding my artworks and printing portfolios and such..;) I guess it was his way of accepting the job.woohoo.ok...my time's up so off I go. I hope I can get back here at some point.Be well, all..hope to have more time to catch up later..luv,D

wow...congratulations :D
soup proposed to me last christmas as well... we are married now, and still very happy. for about 2 weeks i kept staring at the engagement ring like it was the best thing i've ever had, and it probably was.

yep,he's one sweet guy.;)He said his other idea was to put a ring on an engraved collar on a cat (I've Always wanted one- a cat that is, but I'm highly allergic)...he was hoping that Hairless Rex/Sphinx breeds would not make me allergic...but found out that they still would)
He was going to leave the cat as a surprise for me...and the collar engraving would say,"Will you marry me" and then smaller,"not ME, Brent!) hehe. either way...I'm so happy.
