I think my favorite piece was this sculpture made of plastic water bottles dangling down with tiny bits of colored tinsel inside which affected the light coming through from a spotlight. Simple construction which looked so magical from a distance.

Unfortunately my camera does not do well in low light...so please pardon the grainyness...and there were so many more pieces that I wish I could show you, but they didn't turn out:(!

I loved the simplicity of this piece. Plastic can dividers.

'Collaboration: The Weight for Peace'

sweet arena of plastic bottle flowers and leaves.

Liguori with the painted Eve (Amy). Both members of the collab group Fresh who made a giant installation 'Garden of Eden' with dragon and doll garden. Unfortunately not One of my pictures came out of this. :( sorry Leo, I hope you have some good ones.If you do, send them my way and I'll include them!

this was another of my favorites. Simple arrangement of various discarded objects.

I loved the energy of the event and I think it inspired many to start to think a bit more creatively about what is so quickly thrown away....
For years I worked with found wood and rusted metal parts salvaged from a nearby metal yard. (I will always love the beautiful colors and variations of rust and peeling paint).Had permission to hop the dumpster and I collected and then grinded and welded to make sculptures and assemblages, bolting metal often to wood in a series I called The Heavy Page. Come to think of it, I really need to archive and upload those pics..I have nothing in digital can you imagine?;)well, there is one detail shot of one piece that is still in my parents possession: http://www.flickr.com/photos/nesart/375169907/.
