The world is big, and yet somehow it fits inside you. We are alive right now. I don't know what that means. It is all so baffling, huge, moving, horrible, inspiring, devastating, ....is it really maya? What are we to do? Life is so fleeting...and yet we're given a chance...what is important?

I suppose you can trust your own internal sense of what is satisfying or not when it comes to that.
In the world, everything is not maya, even though we are in ignorance, the ground of our being is the pure awareness, right? It infuses everything. So, I suppose, even though what arises from ignorance and the mind is illusions that keep us grasping and pushing in samsara, there is the path.
The Tibetans say, "When in the form of a donkey, enjoy the taste of grass." Enjoy your dharma, you are on your path, and many things are possible for you in this incarnation. Even though positive karma is still karma, we do what we can until we can stay in pure experience and let both the positive and negative karma spontaneously dissolve... if you follow dhogzen.
Bleh. I need to start meditating again. Haven't done it in a week or so.
Om mani padme hum, baby.
