ok and because this is always the way this wacky universe seems to work...the treadmill I was running on stopped unexpectedly in the middle of my run...and so, annoyed I had to move to another one and start again. Someone left an esquire mag on this one and I leafed through it...and fell upon this article (http://www.omidyar.net/group/community-general/news/213/) which seems a bit appropriate. what do you think?
