Birthday-phase one- Quiet and peaceful

Yes, last year I was living and lovin in my 'chicks with brains' pajamas.. now I've got me some New ultra-cozy-fuzzy leopard pajamas!Mr.B knows how I like me some pajamas!;)So I lounged around in these as long as possible...and then we went to watch the swans and the ducks at the bay.*sigh* so silent...so beautiful.. I SO wish I had brought my camera...the colors..oh the winter blue ice and silver greys white and bits of sand and brown and reflections in water of sky and...*sigh* I wish I could share.My eyes drank it all.
Now all you get to see is my mug at home with a bit of pj showing.sorry kids.*smirk*
Anyhoos, after some yummy fajitas and burritos at a happy-colored shack nearby, we drove to Borders. Grabbed me a stack of books and magazines and a caramel latte and settled in at a cafe table for the whole evening.:)More books on urban planning and design...I'm so in love with the images..melding them in my mind with candyland and cyberspaces...taking the specific and stripping it of context...until the subject of the map becomes the viewer's own notion of space and assumptions...making little sketches and notes in my bookjournal..
