Finally got a check that I could 10% from a few days ago. (from my gallery for the artwork that sold). The project I chose to donate to is this: Women's Sewing Group- South Africa from the Peace Corps Volunteer Projects List. Check it out and perhaps add to the pot if you can? I just got a job...and even if I don't love it, and I'm whining about it, I'm reminded that I'm making more than these women can dream of....*sigh* and I'm not supporting a family... things like this always help me put my life into perspective. One of the reasons I 10%.

It certainly does help to keep things in persepective.. even when I'm having a hard time paying my bills, I think... but I HAVE electricity and heat and a roof over my head and even a car and a cell phone and an iPod! Who am I to complain, I'm RICH! It's all relative, no matter where you are on the spectrum.
