In progress

Ok, just a peek at what I'm working on these days. This is one section (still in progress) of a 12ft long table piece that I'll reassemble in Illinois as part of a show later this month. More 'trees' will be involved, possibly flocking and sand but I haven't decided. Hybridization of 'real world' with virtual....ever changing, shifting spaces, layered realms...

Would it be possible to...

let me know where in Illinois you'll be?

path of destruction

for some reason, try as i might, i can't find the giant mutant monster attacking the city. i know it's there somewhere, but i just don't see it - gigantic reptile's fire breath? humungous monkey and his banana of death? massive cephalopod with millions of tentacles? super crab with laser beams shooting out of eye-stalks? it's been slumbering below the earth's crust for millenia... what's a city without a monster?

great work! all those little bitty buildings and even tiny-tinier peoples! this reminds me of my wargaming days. i should do a little foto-shoot of some of the terrain i've built... one glorious day, i promise... :o)

do you have a link to a description of your work? ie about it, it's purpose, what it means to you etc

Speaking of purpose, if I show up in New York, we're definitely working on this particular pier of art. :-D

Serious Yum.

In my daydream, every airplane flying is required to carry a working live videocamera that broadcasts its image to anyone below with a reciever. No matter where you live, if there's a plane flying overhead, you can see your house from it.

Until then, I have your landscapes to dream about.

Gorgeous :)

Contact?

Your work is still quite fascinating. Do we hold on to our grudges and differences of vision together, content in leaving them as an explanation of our disconnectedness?
